Decided to give the contest a try, but sadly I might not be able to finish... By the way, I am doing Goddess of Mercy, a bit like Chinese Guan Yin but in fantasy style.

SF4 Dhalsim

After months of struggling with both work and assignments, I finally finished Dhalsim! Definitely learnt alot through this experience, and of course from CG veterans like Marc Tan. Thanks to Yi Xiang and Rivand for the below animation!
